Airfield Active courses are a great way to get you moving and keep fit. Courses can be added at short notice so keep an eye on the Airfield Active App to keep up to date.
Active Kids (4-8yrs)
Agility, Balance, Co-Ordination. Body weight, movement skills, gymnastics skills.Start your kids off on the right foot and ensure a healthy, active lifestyle, whilst having fun.
Fully qualified coaches (and teachers) will guide your kids through a vast range of movements that they can leave feeling like they have accomplished something new every day!
Active Youth (9-12yrs)
Movement Strength and Co-Ordination, with a healthy addition of challenge and competition. A vast range of skills and strengths covered in the 6 week course, that can continued to be built upon.
Active Teens (12-16yrs)
The last stage before full Airfield Membership. Designed to ensure the older teenagers can access gym sessions that are designed to increase strength, power and skill. Instilling confidence to access the majority of lifts and movements on a gym floor.
